A message from the Practice
We would like to reach out to People of Colour, Muslims, Asylum seekers and other Migrants within the Mile Oak Community.
We know many of you will be feeling shocked, frightened, isolated and unsafe following far-right riots across the country. We are so very sorry for what you must be going through.
Please know that the views of these racist far-right people and their actions don’t represent the vast majority of people in the U.K. who are appalled by their actions. You are more than welcome here in UK and you are already a valued member of the community – our friends and neighbours.
The Mile Oak Medical Centre team will continue to do everything in our power to support you during this difficult time. You are not alone. We will continue to stand with you always.
- If you are in immediate danger or feel unsafe please call the police on 999.
- If you see any violent or racist incidents please report them to the police by calling 101. In an emergency call 999.
- To access further support from us, please speak to one of the Mile Oak Medical Centre Team.
